Delivery Policy

1. We deliver CMI Global Data SIM to addresses in Malaysia only.
    
2. We will use express delivery services and will deliver the SIM with data package within the following working days after confirmation on your payment.
   
   •    3 to 5 working days within Klang Valley and Selangor areas.
   •    3 to 8 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, and
   •    5 to 10 working days within East Malaysia

Return & Refund Policy

1. No refunds will be given for the purchase of packages.
    
2. SIM Card Activation and Registration fees are non-refundable.
    
3. SIM Delivery charges is also non-refundable.
